Q. Where is the NLTP this year?
The 2024 NLTP will be held at The National Conference Center, 18665 Conference Ctr Dr, Leesburg, VA 20176. This location is within a 50 mile radius of Washington, D.C. Please follow your agency's guidance for travel regulations.
Q. How do I register?
Registration will be available for anyone. You do NOT need to be a member or a federal employee to register. A confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email address for your record. Please enter all information as it should appear on your name badge.
Students and Veterans can attend the Student and Veteran Workshops with free registration. Students and Veterans have access to the Exhibition Hall & Career Fair to meet agency recruiters from various federal agencies and the military services (Army, Navy, US Coast Guard, etc.).
Q. What is the registration cost?
The cost for general registration is $1,195 for non-members and $1,095 for FAPAC members. Students and Veterans are invited to attend the free Student and Veterans programs on their respective days.
Q. What is included with registration?
Full registration includes access to all plenaries, workshops, and exhibit area as described in the agenda. Attendees will also be able to sign up for the Executive Professional Development (ExPD), a face-to-face with a GS-15 or SES.
Meals include plated dinner on Monday, buffet-style lunch on Tuesday, plated lunch on Wednesday, buffet-style lunch and plated dinner on Thursday. Snacks and Refreshments will be available during most of the day.
Lodging is not included in the registration fee. Lodging at the NCC is available at the Government per diem rate of $116 / room / night. night. Plated Meals include a Salad and Dessert.
Monday Plated Dinner Choices are: Zaffrani Prawns in Cream Sauce, Pan Seared Chicken Breast, or (Vegan) Kerala Spiced Portobello Mushroom & Eggplant Mappa
Wednesday Plated Lunch Meal Choices are Braised Short Ribs or (Vegetarian) Vegetable Wellington with Golden Puff Pastry
Thursday Plated Dinner Meal Choices are Grilled Mahi Mahi or (Vegetarian) Red Curry and Coconut Braised Vegetables

Q. When does registration end?
Registration will close on April 15, 2024. Registrants that have made full payment will receive additional information and link to access the 2024 NLTP. If you have any questions or issues, please email registration@fapac.org.
